A warm welcome to The Ridge Guest House which is owned and managed by Roy and Debbie Davidson. The Ridge, built in 1969, was the original home of Jack and Agnes Davidson. They arrived in Richards Bay in 1952 when they bought the first Richards Bay Hotel. In those days Richards Bay boasted 36 permanent residents and was nothing more than a small, quaint fishing village.

In 1996, it was decided to develop the home into an up market Guesthouse. Construction was completed in June 1997 and the Ridge Guesthouse now boasts a three star SATOUR grading. It has a fully licensed restaurant and bar and a Conference Room which all have spectacular views of the Bay and harbour.

The 14 luxury double bedrooms are en suite and are well equipped and air conditioned. They all lead onto the sun drenched pool area and enjoy breathtaking Bay and Sea views.
